- Regina Stiefl (GER) wins the German Downhill Championships and comes third in the European Championships on the RDH 03.

- ROTWILD shows technological competence with the development of the RDH.04 Pull Shock: A downhill bike that for the first time uses internal structural reinforcing and completely new kinematics.
- Contract work for Focus (Focus full suspension series) and Jochen Schweizer (Hypertron), and the beginning of the partnership with Villiger AG, Switzerland.
- Carolin Rahner (GER) takes the women‘s competition with Karen Eller in the TransAlp Challenge.
- Sarah Stieger (SUI) wins the German Women‘s Downhill overall competition.

- ROTWILD supplies complete bikes. The first model is the RCC.05 Team Limited Edition.
- In-house development of the CHANNEL TUBING AL7046 T6 tube set with signi? cantly reduced frame weights. The CHANNELTUBE tube set and all its developments is a distinctive identifying feature of the ROTWILD bikes.
- Birgit Braumann (AUT) and Carolin Rahner (GER) achieve second place in the TransAlp Challenge for the FIAT ROTWILD team.
/ 2001
- World premiere of “Ideal Level Riding” – a pneumatic automatic level control on the frame – in cooperation with Bionicon at the BIKE Festival in Riva, Italy. In series production it is realized by using a mechanical ILR system implemented in the Freerider RFR.03.
- The freecross bike RFC.01 extends the range of use of the existing models: As an allrounder with adjustable spring travel and adaptable geometry, it makes a range of use from XC racing to light freeriding.
- Stefan Kudella (GER) becomes German champion in the downhill on ROTWILD.
/ 2002
- Development of the Performance series: The ROTWILD race mountain bikes with the new ACTIVE LINKAGE and ACTIVE STRUT System and a geometry specially designed for racing.
- First chainstay in carbon fibre for the new ROTWILD Bikes.
- Hedda zu Putlitz (GER) gains the silver medal with her team partner Moni Birk (GER) in the first TransRockies Challenge.
- The ROTWILD Clothing line RCO includes high-function clothing for DH and XC.
/ 2003
- For five cross-country models and three freeride models, approx. 150 individual parts (forging and extrusion tools) and approx. 20 different tube shapes have to be developed and implemented.
- Nolvenn le Caer (FRA) wins the bronze medal in the Downhill World Championships and European Championships on the ROTWILD RDH.05.
- Mickael Deldycke (FRA) achieves third place in the Downhill European Championships.
- The duo of Andi Strobel (GER) and Silvio Wieltschnig (GER) wins the TransRockies Challenge in the marathon.
/ 2004
- Sebastian Dehmer (GER) wins the U23 World Championship on the ROTWILD RSR 0.5 in the triathlon in Madeira, Portugal, Jan Frodeno (GER) is runner-up U23 with his ROTWILD RSR 0.5.
- Team FIAT ROTWILD rider Mickael Deldycke (FRA) achieves the runners-up position in the 4X.
- Marathon specialist Andi Strobel (GER) wins the Marathon Master Series 2004 and attains third in the German Marathon Championships.
/ 2005
- Development of the four-bar X-LINKAGE system for a long spring travel in the enduro, freeride and downhill areas.
- Usage of carbon fibre materials in the chainstay area
- ROTWILD is the only manufacturer to test carbon fibre swing arms in the Downhill World Cup.
- Sebastian Dehmer (GER) becomes German triathlon Champion (Olympic distance), both in the elite class and the U23 competition.

- For the first time, ROTWILD introduces its exclusive CHANNEL TUBING in carbon fibre, developed completely in-house, with a weight saving in the Race-Fully of approx. 300 g.
- Irina Kalentieva (RUS) takes the runners-up position in the World Championships in New Zealand on her ROTWILD race bike and wins the German overall competition.
- Team FIAT ROTWILD women‘s pair, Kerstin Brachtendorf (GER) and Sabine Grona (GER) win the competition in the Cape Epic stage race (RSA).
/ 2007
- Irina Kalentieva (RUS) wins the World Championship, the World Cup and the German overall competition, achieves second place in the European Championships and defends the Russian Championship title.
- Wolfram Kurschat (GER) wins the German Masters Title in XC with the ROTWILD R.R2 FS.
- Mickael Deldycke (FRA) wins the French Championship in 4X for the fourth time in succession.
- Freeride icon, Richie Schley (CAN), moves to ROTWILD. Under his in?uence, the new ROTWILD EXTREME DEPARTMENT series R.E.D is developed.

- ROTWILD becomes involved in young racing bike talent. FC Rheinland-Pfalz / Saar competes in the U23 team competition in the German league on ROTWILD bikes.
- Irina Kalentieva (RUS) wins bronze at the XC World Championships and the russian Championship.
- ROTWILD has received more awards for Bike of the Year in the High-End categories than almost any other brand: In total, ROTWILD bikes have been on the podium 22 times in the representative survey.
- Irina Kalentieva (RUS) wins bronze at the Olympic Games 2008 in Beijing.
